Stephanie's ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Delivery is available for orders within 10 miles of Stephanie's (4821 Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85251). Simply select this option at checkout and someone from our team will reach out to coordinate the best day and time to safely deliver your order to you


We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Stephanie's, so in the event you aren't satisfied with your order we offer complimentary returns. To be eligible for return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all Stephanie's and designer garment tags still attached. Returns must be sent within 7 days of your delivery date. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and may be sent back to the client.

Please note that the following items are considered to be Final Sale and are ineligible for return: All Sale Items, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Housewares, Jewelry, Lingerie, Pleasure items, Skincare, Swimwear, Special Orders

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
